Hosting an ACE Workshop is an excellent opportunity to raise the profile of your club or facility, attract new trainers, and engage, upskill and retain current staff.

Lecture space - should be able to host 20-25 participants comfortably in a conference-style setup. Each participant should be provided with a chair (required) and table space (if available).
Movement space - should be a group fitness studio or similar large open space. If the reserved lecture space is large enough, the hands-on portion of the course can be performed in the same space as the lecture.

ACE requires common fitness accessories to be available, such as resistance bands/tubing (a variety of sizes), medicine balls (various weights), dumbbells, mats, etc.
ACE will provide any essential assessment tools depending on the workshop topic, including PVC pipes, calipers, blood pressure cuffs, etc.
